First Post!
Yay! I have finally started my blog about Marines stuff, be it exercise, activities, applications, stories, complaints, questions, whatever. I have wanted to do this ever since I got into the DEP program, but for one reason or another I have always put it off. Well, no longer! I will use this blog to record whatever I feel like recording, so the best way to keep track would be to subscribe to the feed ... that way, you can check the feed items at your leasure ^_^
Today's exericse:
- 2 bus-stops walk in the morning
- 2 min jog / 3 min walk from neighboring neighborhood to home (tiny steps, practically mincing)
- 1 min (31) crunches
- 1 x 10 of curling, to the side, and to the front arm exercise
